SANJHA CHULHA DHABA, started its operation on 10th October '2002 on the auspicious day of panchami during Nawratri. A beautiful Punjabi tradition, SANJHA CHULHA restaurant originated in Punjab province (Pakistan part of Punjab) of then undivided India . During those days women of different communities in rural Punjab used to cook food at home but rotis were cooked in a common oven which gave this tradition its name, "SANJHA CHULHA".
